The population in Africa is multi-ethnic, there are approximately 3000 different ethnic groups in the continent; it is multilingual, there are about 5000 spoken languages; it is multicultural, Africa has thousands of years of history and civilizations, they still have their cultural traditions which change in different geographic regions, for example, savannas and mountains and among different communities such as farmers and ranchers.
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health like the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity
